Ordering

All orders must be completed via the website ordering system. We are unable to accept orders by any other method.

Not all items are kept in stock. Some items may be out of stock due to discontinuation from our suppliers or purely just down to high demand from our customers. If an item you order falls into the 'out of stock' category we will keep you informed as best we can at all times. Normally if this happens we would expect you to receive your item(s) within 7-10 days. You can either wait for the item to become available again or alternatively we would issue a refund of monies paid if you desire.


Returns

We endeavour for you to receive delivery of your order(s) in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you need to return any item(s) to us please follow the following procedures.

You must notify us with in 7 days of receipt to inform us of why you feel the need to return the item(s). Items should be received by us no longer than 14 days from initial delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) is/are suitably packaged and returned. You are still the rightful owner and therefore ultimately responsible for the item(s) until received by us. The cost of returning any item(s) will be your resposnsibility. If we feel that the fault is a manufacturing fault then we will re-imburse you for the P&P costs you incurred (copy of receipt will need to be shown).

Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement as per your request.


Deliveries

We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for each order. Items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery which is a 1-3 working day signed for service. A signature will be required on delivery. Items may be sent seperately at no extra cost to you.
